Refund policy

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return or refund request, please contact us at info@constrictease.com. We will review your request and work with you to make things right. In most cases, a physical return of the product will not be required.

If you need an exchange for any reason, simply let us know. We will do our best to help you get what you need.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds 

Once your request is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
